Related to #100.

@Torlus asked if we were planning on supporting DCC for forex: balanced/www.balancedpayments.com#184 (comment)

The short answer is "not currently," though if it's useful, we should talk about it eventually. I'm not entirely sure of its utility, but maybe someone feels strongly about it.
