The note in readme.rst includes link to https://warsow.net/wiki/RCON which is dead, but found this which may work as a replacement? https://slice.sh/warsow/oldwiki/RCON.html Suprised to see the quake/darkplaces rcon has no real fancy documentation on it.

I think the original page was this: https://web.archive.org/web/20161114164833/https://warsow.net/wiki/RCON , but to be honest, as you probably can see it yourself, this project is a bit outdated. It still has some useful tools (like xping, but for rcon access I'm using drcon (although, now it's probably a bit outdated too).
