[Zul'Aman] Nalorak's chest loot become personal when open.

Current Behaviour

After defeating Nalorakk, only the player who opened the chest can loot the item inside.
Other players cannot loot it and the roll interface does not appear (with loot set to group loot).
It is as if the loot in the chest was personal to the player who opened it.

Expected Blizzlike Behaviour

When opened, the loot inside the chest must be rolled by all player in the group.

Steps to reproduce the problem

1. Defeat Nalorak in group (two pg in the raid are enough).
2. Open the chest with one pg.
