Describe the bug
Conformance class https://api.stacspec.org/v1.0.0-beta.X/ogcapi-features is not advertised in conformsTo, even though the behavior is supported. (there is a separate bug that the items link relation is missing from a Collection, but the /collections/collectionId/items endpoint is implemented)

Expected behavior
https://api.stacspec.org/v1.0.0-beta.X/ogcapi-features would be advertised in conformsTo in landing page and /conformance
