Nothing of interest in logs.

Suspect this is caused by access rights on Windows 11 differing for those on Windows 10.

This seem to happen at a stage of disk interaction (strange that it's reading back files rather than writing them though?).

Workaround is to run as admin.

Might want to add something like the below as per.

"build": {
    "win": {
      "requestedExecutionLevel": "highestAvailable"
    }

Passed an alpha version of this build along to the user who reported it and it seems fixed. Will be released in 3.3.0.
