Is a bit crap to have to go to a file to look for diags.

A log tab would be nice, but probs quite low priority.

Probably just going to live with going to a file for now. But I'm also adding that file, because other than OSN logs we have none atm. This will save users with issues going via powershell to get diags.

We are logging to a file as of 2.3.0.
