Better handling of 32-bit windows by MouseImp 64-bit #2

I would love MouseImp 💯 times more if the 64-bit program handled 32-bit apps as well as it does 64-bit apps.

If possible, please improve MouseImp-x64's handling of 32-bit windows, so it is identical to how it handles 64-bit windows.
