• Fix climatology period manually enter year
• Entering negative numbers in the spatial subsetting bbox selection does not work
• Validation period is set to the maximum whenever the dataset configuration changes, even when a different period was chosen before that is still valid
• Validation settings loading does (sometimes?) not work correctly for validation period

Both bugs will be fixed with the stability metrics branch
