Some workshops call out the specific regions where the workshop should be run, which is mainly due to Cloud9 support but possible instance types as well. Cloud9 has now expanded to more regions, so we need to add those to relevant workshops, for example: https://ec2spotworkshops.com/running-amazon-ec2-workloads-at-scale/requirements_notes.html
"Currently, the following AWS regions support Cloud9 and the EC2 instance types that are configured for this workshop: us-east-1 (N. Virginia), us-east-2 (Ohio), us-west-2 (Oregon), eu-west-1 (Ireland), eu-central-1 (Frankfurt), ap-southeast-1 (Singapore), ap-northeast-1 (Tokyo)"
