Describe the solution you'd like
The AWS Python SDK for Neptune Analytics provides a ResetGraph API, which can be used to quickly remove all data from a Graph instance. ResetGraph is roughly equivalent to the Fast Reset API for Neptune DB, as currently available for use via the %db_reset magic.
We should consider adding a new%graph_reset magic to give users a convenient way to call ResetGraph API against the configured graph host.
