What would you like to be added:
A new flag/parameter that enable Kubernetes Service Load Balancing via kube-vip setting environment variable svc_enable to true in their manifest (static Pod).

Is there any reason why this is not set in default configuration of kube-vip on Control Plane nodes?

Why is this needed:
Ability to use LoadBalancer services in EKS cluster without manual modification of kube-vip manifest on Control Plane nodes.
