Hello there.
When I construct my service vpc with .NET CDK, Secret.GrantRead method throw a exception.

For Example.

var secret = new Secret(this, "db_secret_id", new SecretProps
{
    EncryptionKey = new Key(this, "db_kms_key", new KeyProps
    {
        Description = $"Database Encrypt Key"
    }),
    GenerateSecretString = new SecretStringGenerator()
});
secret.GrantRead(new Role(this, $"service_api", new RoleProps // Throw Error!
