Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We should activate Karpenter from the start, just after enabling LBC.

With that, if the cluster needs more resources it would be able to scale directly, and we should deploy workloads on Karpenter.

With that we should also taint the MNG so that only the addons deploys on the start are scheduled on it

Describe the solution you'd like
Then Karpenter would be used to provide additional nodes for our workloads and additional addons installed later.
