Timeline for Regional Releases

Hello, I work for a company that produces utility end devices that use IoT. We are very excited about the use of LoRaWAN for our product. I am wondering what the release schedule is for this service in other regions? We are specifically interested in us-west-2, as we are already hosting serverless applications in this region and are investigating LoRaWAN as a feature addition to these servers.
