Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Lustre hasn't been tested, but isn't appropriate for the slurm file system which shares the slurm configuration and binaries in the slurm cluster.
This was originally provided as a higher performance alternative to EFS, but with the addition of FSx for Netapp ONTAP and FSx for OpenZFS it is no longer necessary or desirable.

Describe the solution you'd like
Remove lustre as a file system option.

Describe alternatives you've considered
There are currently 3 other options that are preferable.
