multiple notebooks import metrics.py and the file does not exist.
For example this one:

Not sure why it's not in master, but you can find a copy in other branches such as here: https://github.com/aws-samples/amazon-personalize-samples/blob/1m-test/personalize_temporal_holdout/metrics.py
