Summary

When deploying the latest version (1.26.6), our workflow failed due to the new environment protection rules. The last failure is for the encrypted secret that is somehow not available to aws-creds despite everything else being worked.

Why is this needed?

Ability to correct semi-failed releases since PyPi step can only run once (immutable).

This will be unnecessary once Poetry 1.2 is released due to the new --skip-existing https://github.com/python-poetry/poetry/releases/tag/1.2.0b2

This is now released under 1.26.6 version!
