Right now only the Java instrumentation is providing an implementation that is conforming to this spec: https://github.com/open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification/blob/main/specification/trace/semantic_conventions/instrumentation/aws-lambda.md#sqs

All the SDKs should provide a consistent implementation for the spec above.
