subnet-evm 0.5.6 execution to query rpc protocol version does not end after SIGTERM. ref ava-labs/avalanchego#1988
for CLI implementation, the goal is to start the process, get the rpc protocol version, and finish it, with no need for a gracefull shutdown at that point of execution (which also involves a rpc call to the vm)
