How to get the CUDA version in each docker image? I want docker with CUDA 12.1 or lower

HI,

I have a host system with cuda 12.1, so I guest inside the docker, the cuda version should be 12.1 or lower.

But when I download a docker image, I found that it has docker 12.3, so I'd like to know the cuda version before downloading the image.

for example, I'd like to know the cuda version for these docker images:

Maybe some build file (which create the docker image) has the version info?

in this commit, cuda version is jump from 11.6 to 12.3, and there no version between.
