Duplicated section headers in advice-console.txt

In advice-console.txt , I can see all sections have a duplicated header.

Unfortunately, I haven't been able to reproduce this. Does it still happen, could you provide more information?

Ah, I see the duplicate headers now. They are in the advice-console.txt file, not what is actually emitted on the console itself.
