Auth0 is not defined

When implementing this I am getting the following error:

Uncaught Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module app due to:
Error: [$injector:modulerr] Failed to instantiate module auth0.auth0 due to:
ReferenceError: Auth0 is not defined

Any ideas what might be causing that?
