EPMA で ASCII 変換しておく必要がなくなる．

古い EPMA では 16bit RAWデータが Z 形式で圧縮されているため，解凍が必要

新しい EPMA (JXA-8230) では無圧縮 32bit RAWデータに 32バイトのヘッダ(？)がついてる．
