Why files __init__.py are not fixes ?

Hello,

Do you know why the imports in __init__.py are seen as errors but the fix are not corrected ?

__init__.py:3:21: F401 `fastapi.Request` imported but unused

This took me a while to figure out! It is because the fix hasn't been stabilized yet. You get the fix when setting ruff.lint.preview = true.

Which ruff version are you using?

It may depend on other content in your file. But it's hard to tell without knowing more about it.

I tested it with

from sys import platform

Yes it works with the options --preview --unsafe-fixes
