SolaKube docker container

Executing SolaKube in a Docker container would alleviate the need for setting up complex dependencies of SolaKube (Terraform, Ansible, Terrafor-Ansible provisioner, Helm...etc) on the machine of the admin/developer.

The current Vagrant box (asoltesz/solakube) implements this but a Docker based solution could be more elegant and require even less dependencies since Docker is installed on the machines of the expected audience anyways but Vagrant and Virtualbox may not be.
