Need to fix this, for website on mobile:

side bar
github project button disappear

Also would be better having the button left aligned (set style as per link), as below?:

Yeah this was in my list of things that were not right in PR #114:

Not complete in this PR (but no reason to hold up):

Not all information present on Measurement and Image detail views.
Small (very narrow) screens sidebar size.
Sky regions may need more info to better display.
js9 integration (#100).

I couldn't figure out how to fix the mobile version.

And yes the GitHub button is a bit flaky, please do what you think is best with it.
