Extract UI in a multilingual environment

Today, one can change Extract UI's language. However, if you're working in a multilingual firm, the admins have to choose in which language Extract will be displayed for his users.
For example, in the firm I'm working, we have French and German speaking users. So today, I'll need to set the whole UI to French and update the French knowledge of those German speaking guys. So it would have been nice to be able to switch Extract's language according to the system preferences.
