add: theme_agila_accent option #20

Options are:

theme_agila_accent: one color for active tab entry, autocomplete, sidebar selected entry, find panel active icons, and ellipsis (which is currently always pink)
theme_agila_accent_semi: one color for only active tab entry, autocomplete, and sidebar selected entry

So I won't have to do this on my own sublime settings 😅

    "theme_agila_active_tab_entry_yellow": true,
    "theme_agila_auto_complete_yellow": true,
    "theme_agila_sidebar_selected_entry_yellow": true,
