Adding this to winget, the CLI package manager included with Windows, would be useful and convenient

Describe the solution you'd like
Submit btop4win to the winget repo.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None

Additional context
Winget supports zip files as of 1.4 so no additional work in creating an installer is necessary.
