Currently in my use case, we use the metrics exported by kube-state-metrics for monitoring our deployment health. It would be nice to provide the same metrics (when possible), along with argo rollouts specific metrics.

A common use case for these metrics is being able to alert when (available_pods/desired_pods) crosses a threshold.
