Summary

I'd be nice to have an environment variables documentation reference page.

So far I've pieced together environment variables I use often from scouring other pages over time, but a simple clear reference page of just environment variables would be useful.

Motivation

It's the sort of thing I use a lot in other projects documentation, such as when writing scripts or setting up .envrc files.

Please give examples of your use case, e.g. when would you use this.

Proposal

I've created a Pull Request for a new Environment Variables doc page under the User Guide.
