Provide a zigbee [env]

Description:

Provide a Bluetooth environment (not for zbbridge) with the usage of platformio_tasmota_cenv.ini
The file platformio_tasmota_cenv_sample.ini will be copied to platformio_tasmota_cenv.ini
if the file is not existing. This is done when platformio is started. By doing this all [env] in platformio_tasmota_cenv_sample.ini will be usable.

Moved the other [env] from Platformio_override_sample.ini to platformio_tasmota_cenv_sample.ini since it is placed better there.

Remark All setups in platformio_tasmota_cenv_sample.ini are not active supported ("Playground")
