Description:

New driver for FTC532 8-button touch controller (rule use)
Compiles and should work on ESP32 but commercial hardware includes ESP8266 only
Related issue (if applicable): fixes #
fixes #10185

Checklist:

I'll do some refactoring and functionality chks now.

Did you test this driver with real hardware?

Works like a charm. Successfully tested with wall mounted device.

I built a bin from dev tree and for me it seems to work as expected.
