Closes #228

As of Firefox version 69, the `userChrome.css` and `userContent.css`
files are not loaded by default anymore [1] in order to improve the
performance during browser startup. Also see the documentation about
Firefox breaking changes of `userChrome.css` [2].

To achieve the previous behavior, the option to load such "legacy" files
has now been enabled again.
