Work is on its way to migrate the Linked Data Theatre from 1.x to 2.0. The most important conceptual change will be the separation of the presentation-layer from the information-production layer.
The specification for the presentation-layer will contain all parts that deal with the way how an RDF graph or sparql result set is presented to the end user.
The specification for the information-production layer will contain all parts that deal with the way how an RDF graph is produced.
The diagram below depicts the new model for the core classes of the LDT vocabulary. The 2.0 vocabulary contains one new class: the elmo:InformationProduct. This class will receive some of the properties that are now present in the elmo:Part and elmo:Representation classes. A new property elmo:product is added to define a link between an elmo:Part and an elmo:InformationProduct.
