View report button in Arches settings

The button for viewing a report (or editing a resource when in the report) allows users to navigate between the report and resource easily, but this button also shows in the Arches system settings.

The system settings are a resource like any other, but the model and report are hidden (though can be found using the UUIDs). It feels like the "view report" button shouldn't appear here.
