Compiled .exe not working

I cloned the origin/feature branch at commit f03bcab34ef8699939e3c17a1c81e6075d081270 and compiled the EXE file according to the readme file under win11 system. I managed to get the compilation succeeded and the generated EXE can open.

However, when I open subtitle with the compiled Aegisub, it kept popping up error message as below.

I can close this error message and the subtitle (as well as the linked video can be opened and played, but the problem is each time I try to edit the subtitle, the message pops.

Any clue what may be the casue?
