default setting about Oil sands mine

Set Field properties and Fluid properties to Generic
Set Production methods to only Oil sands mine (integrated with upgrader)
Leave remaining inputs empty, to be filled in with defaults
Run OPGEE in deterministic mode
This will result in Run-time error 13: Type mismatch,the model does not seem to have the default settings for oil sands and mining.
