I managed to run prometheus on it, but some information on how to point prometheus at it would be nice. Furthermore, a quick overview over the offered metrics would help. Please ignore if this is somehow self-discoverable. Is there a Grafana-Dashboard available?

We should add some info on how to run this in a docker container and brag about the multi-arch support. :-)
