trivy image panicking on interface conversion for some images after v0.23.0

I'm running into trivy image failures for a few images (only a very small proportion). The images that are failing are application/vnd.docker.distribution.manifest.v2+json. They're well formed and pass crane validate, but I'm not familiar with the docker config object so maybe there's something unusual there? I don't have an image that I can put on github at the moment, but I can make an example over the weekend or early next week if the error alone doesn't point to an obvious cause.

This worked this morning on v0.22.0, and started failing after upgrading to v0.23.0
