Hi,

given some limitations we meet with Github API Rate limits, it will be very useful to have the trivy-java-db available in ECR as the trivy-db.

Github action in trivy-db : https://github.com/aquasecurity/trivy-db/blob/main/.github/workflows/cron.yml#L78
