I'm not familiar with Reddit, so this is just an idea.
We have been considering how to raise the awareness of this project.

We have created Slack channels, but unfortunately this doesn't raise the awareness at the moment.

Reddit is popular so there are a lot of users.
Users can search posts across Reddit and can find our community by chance.

If we create a Reddit Community, I guess we have to create several posts first.

I'm not familiar with Reddit at all, so your advice is welcome.

Good idea

I'm fine with github and if I wanted a forum I'd use github discussions over another platform.
I work in a different time zone from you so the async dialogue has been perfect even if slow since we both have jobs that take the majority of our time.

I also like GitHub discussions.
Really don’t like slack, etc etc are it’s annoying and fragments things.

a Reddit topic would be good though as it’s light weight and good for announcements.

more devs are on Reddit and it’s highly indexed by google compared to slack etc etc

is there a way for registry updates to push an event yet ? Thinking it would be great to push these out over a notification server . The channels can very but I was thinking to GitHub at least.

GoReleaser does allow a github discussion announcement to be generated.
However, I'm not sure any automated notifications makes sense outside that, considering how fast and frequent aqua moves. 😆
