Description

The branch selection dropdown for merging is unresponsive on the first click. It only appears after multiple clicks, causing delays in selecting a branch.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Got it a git connected app with multiple branches.
  2. Click on the merge icon & try to select a branch to merge

Expected: The dropdown should be responsive & appear on the first click
