Description

  1. In a Git-connected app, after refreshing the page, the "Connect to Git" button briefly appears for about a second before the git icons are displayed.

  2. Auto-commit messages are not visible while auto-commit runs on older apps.

Steps To Reproduce

  1. Go to an older git connected app.
  2. Refresh the page

Expected:

  1. The "Connect to Git" button should not appear for apps that are already connected to git.
  2. Auto commit message should appear while auto commit runs on the app.
