Tapping on the field will bring up the option/picklist menu, tapping on one of the options will add a pill and close the menu. The field is no longer responsive after that, so I cannot get the menu to appear again - this prevents the selection of another pill/picklist option. This does not happen in Salesforce1 on Android.
