In chapter 7.1., it says: "Unfortunately, the user interface is currently in Finnish only" concerning setting up the course in A+. However, it seems like the user interface is English (at least in the course template).

To clarify, the user interface will be shown in the course language (i.e. Finnish course can only see A+ in Finnish and so on). A multilingual course has an option to toggle this.
