Requesting a feature to send an automated alert/message from the course's staff to a student once they complete the required percentage of excercises to receive a grade. This alert would ideally pop-up in Plussa/A+ interface instead of going through email or other channels. This message could be used to inform the student that they can request a grade from the teacher or to direct students to post-surveys etc.

There is actually already a Threshold model that might be useful for the suggested feature. The Threshold model hasn't really been used anywhere even though it exists in the codebase.
