Vue apexcharts selecting multiple languages

I looked into the Vue apexcharts language changing issue a lot, there is supposedly setLacale medhot but it doesn't work. I solved it myself with the method I will share below and it worked for me. When I change the language of the project, the apexcharts language also changes.
