Can not reorder dnd of Metrics

Bug description

Unable to move the metrics around in the table E.g. I want to have the sorting WoW, MoM, YoY instead of WoW, YoY, MoM but it is no possible anymore. Is it intended or just a bug. I can see that there is improved drag and rop experience when editing a chart but nothing says that it disable any editing after.

How to reproduce the bug

1. Go to Charts
2. Get two metrics in the metrics pane for Table view
3. Try to reorder them.
