Bug description

When viewing a chart in explorer with a base rule rls that should not return any items, the results tab will show an infinite spinner.

How to reproduce the bug

  1. go to rls
  2. create a new rule
  3. Use filter type as base
  4. use dataset as the video games sales one
  5. under group key use platform
  6. under clause use 1=0
  7. go to charts
  8. filter by the video games sales dataset
  9. select the games chart
  10. notice that the chart is blank which is correct but if you click on the results tab you'll see an infinite spinner.
